As Sunset Interior's primary service, I can work with you to create a custom home specifically for a building site, meeting your needs, wants and ideas while being mindful of the construction budget. You will work with me as your custom home evolves from conceptual stage to final working drawings. You will work with me one on one to evolve your plans from into a set of preliminary plans, which will include the floor plan and exterior elevation drawings. Once the preliminary drawings are approved by you and any review committee, the project then moves into final working drawings. Once completed, these are what you will turn into your contractor to begin the construction of your home.  All my house plans are created using AutoCAD (Computer Animated Drafting) program to ensure accuracy and a high quality level of working drawings.

Your home plans will include:

·         A scaled floor plan of the home

·         Four scaled elevation drawings of the exterior of the home

·         Piling layout

·         Lighting & Electrical Layout

Please note that it is highly recommended you take your architectural house plans to a Windstorm engineer to have your home designed to withstand Hurricane force winds. Aran & Franklin Engineering are located in Galveston, and have a Windstorm inspector who will inspect your home and approve it for Windstorm Insurance.
